Weekend workshops
This workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced dancers. The written repertoire, spanning the 15th to early 17th centuries, is explored through the works of Domenico da Piacenza ( De arte saltendi et choreas ducendi) , Guglielmo Ebreo ( De practica seu arte tripudii ), Thoinot Arbeau ( Orchésographie ), Fabritio Caroso ( Il ballarino, Nobilita di Dame ), Cesare Negri ( Gratie d'Amore ), and François de Lauze ( Apologie de la danse ). Particular attention is paid to the study of basic steps, while respecting the style and musicality of the movement. For learning choreography, the instructors focus on the spatial arrangement and emotional expression inherent in early dance.

A week-long workshop, culminating in a performance.
The week-long workshop is both a human and artistic adventure. The challenge of creating a performance is presented to both the teaching staff and the participants. The program is rich in workshops: French and Italian Renaissance dance, Baroque dance. Original creation is presented alongside the written repertoire. The public performance, in period costume and accompanied by musicians, professional artists, and their trainees, reflects the desire to showcase local heritage and a historical theme. A Renaissance ball concludes the evening, drawing the audience into a festive atmosphere.
